OnePlus has just recently launched the OnePlus 8T. And today, we have two more devices from OnePlus – OnePlus Nord N100 and OnePlus Nord N10 5G. With Nord, OnePlus had already entered the mid-range segment. And with these two new devices, it seems like the brand is also heading towards the budget range – while adding more devices to the mid-range segment.

OnePlus Nord N100

Let’s start with the OnePlus Nord N100 as that’s the cheapest OnePlus device till date. With the Nord N100, OnePlus is entering the budget segment – which is quite different from its flagship-only strategy. As it is a budget device, it comes with Snapdragon 460 chipset at its heart. That is paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB of Internal Storage – which can be expanded using microSD card slot.

On the front, there’s a 6.52-inch HD+ IPS LCD panel – and it doesn’t have higher refresh rate. There’s a punch hole cut-out on the top left which is used to equip the 8MP selfie shooter. On the back, there’s basically just one sensor – and that’s the 13MP primary shooter.

While there are two more lenses on the back, they are just for numbers. Manufacturers can really stop using 2MP depth and 2MP macro sensors now. Just use that space for something else. While we are looking at the back, we would like to say that the fingerprint sensor resides on the back.

OnePlus Nord N100 also comes with stereo speakers as well as 3.5mm headphone jack – which is pretty good. But well, the device is going to run on Android 10 out of the box – which is a bit weird. All this is being powered by a 5,000 mAh battery which can be charged at 18W through the USB Type-C port.

OnePlus Nord N100 is priced at €199 and will arrive in Europe in early November. As of now, there’s no word on whether it’ll launch in India or not. But if it does, we’ll surely cover that.

As the budget device is now out of the way, let’s focus on the new mid-range offering by OnePlus. OnePlus Nord N10 5G is a new mid-range device by OnePlus. And well, it’s cheaper than the original OnePlus Nord – but for a reason.

OnePlus Nord N10 5G is equipped with a Snapdragon 690 at its heart. This is a 5G chipset as it comes with X51 modem as well. This is paired with 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB of Internal Storage – which can again be expanded using a microSD card slot.

On the front, there’s a 6.49-inch 90Hz FHD+ LCD panel. There’s a punch hole cut-out on the top left which houses the 16MP selfie shooter. And as it’s an LCD panel, the fingerprint sensor is shifted to the back – just like Nord N100.

As we have already turned to the rear panel, let’s see the quad camera setup as well. It includes a 64MP primary shooter paired with an 8MP ultra-wide, 2MP macro and 2MP monochrome sensors. And well, we can all agree that the last two sensors are basically useless.

Just like the Nord N100, the OnePlus Nord N10 5G comes with stereo speakers as well as a 3.5mm headphone jack. All this will be powered by a 4,300 mAh battery which also supports Warp Charge 30T through the USB Type-C port.

OnePlus Nord N10 5G is priced at €349 for the 6GB/128GB variant. It should also arrive in Europe early November. Not only that but the device will also make its way to US at a later date. However, no confirmations yet on whether it’ll be launched in India or not.
