Poco has launched quite a few devices in India – with the most recent being the Poco X3. However, Poco is already ready to launch another device in the Indian market. And that new device is the Poco C3 which is confirmed to launch in India on October 6.
Poco C3 will mark the beginning of the C-Series devices. Yes, it does sound a bit weird that the first device in the C-Series will be C3. But that has been the trend for naming in the smartphone industry now.
Poco India took it to Twitter to confirm the launch of C3 in India. And well, in their tweet, it seems like they are hinting at a triple-camera setup on the back. While nothing has been officially revealed about the Poco C3, there are some rumours saying that it’ll be just a re-branded Redmi 9C.
Redmi 9C also comes with a triple rear camera setup on the back – just like what is hinted in the tweet. It has a 13MP Primary camera paired with 2MP depth and 2MP macro – basically there to increase the number. If it ends up being re-branded Redmi 9C, it will have a 5MP selfie shooter as well.
Redmi 9C was powered by Helio G35 and had a 6.53-inch HD+ LCD display. The device was powered by 5,000 mAh battery which received its 10W charge through microUSB port.
All this will be true for the Poco C3 – if it ends up being a re-branded Redmi 9C. And well, the launch isn’t too far away now. We will get to know everything on October 6 at 12:00PM IST.
