Motorola entered the world of foldable smartphones last year with their Moto Razr. While it had mid-range specifications, it came with a price tag of a flagship device. They recently launched the second generation of Moto Razr. And today, Motorola has launched the second generation – Moto Razr 5G – in India – after launching budget device – Moto E7 Plus.

Moto Razr 5G India

At its heart, Moto Razr 5G in India, is equipped with Snapdragon 765G chipset – which enables the 5G functionality on the device. This is paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB of Internal Storage. And like majority of flagship devices, there is no microSD card support here.

Moto Razr 5G – like its predecessor – is equipped with two displays. The outer display is upgraded and is now a 2.7-inch OLED panel with 600 x 800 resolution. Motorola says it’s just a quick-view display but it’s still capable of doing a lot. Once you open the device, you’ll be greeted with a 6.2-inch flexible CinemaVision 21:9 OLED panel. This has a resolution of 2142 x 876 – which can be improved.

The device is equipped with a total of two cameras. One of them is the rear 48MP primary sensor. And the other one is a 20MP selfie shooter on the inside. The location of the fingerprint sensor is now changed, and it is now embedded in the logo on the back of the device.

Moto Razr 5G India

Moto Razr 5G will be running on Android 10 out of the box. All the hardware will be powered by a 2,800 mAh battery which comes with 15W TurboPower fast charging support. Also, the device comes with water-repellent design – but no IP Rating. So, keep it away from water.

It’ll be available in Polished Graphite colour on Flipkart and is priced at ₹1,24,999. Pre-orders can be placed right now but the device will be available starting October 12.
