OnePlus has been releasing a T-Series device every year since OnePlus 3T. And it won’t be any different this year. As the leaks are already suggesting, we are going to see the OnePlus 8T launch sooner than later.

OnePlus 8T Leaks

The leaks for the OnePlus 8T are already flowing on the internet. The latest leaks suggest that the device will be equipped with a 6.55-inch 120Hz AMOLED display. That’s an upgrade from the 90Hz display which was only reserved for the Pro model on the OnePlus 8 Series. It might still be a FHD+ panel but that should be fine for majority of the users. Also, OnePlus 8T might as well be switching to a flat panel instead of the curved display on the 8 Series.

At its heart, OnePlus 8 will be powered by the latest and greatest from Snapdragon – Snapdragon 865+. That would be paired with at least 8GB RAM and 128GB of Internal Storage. The device will be running on Oxygen OS 11 based on Android 11 out of the box.

For the optics, OnePlus 8T might be having slightly better camera array than OnePlus 8 – which was a disappointment. According to the leaks, there will be a quad camera setup on the back. There will still be a 48MP primary sensor on the back. However, it might be an upgraded one – and not the same old IMX586 which was present on OnePlus 7 as well. That primary sensor will be paired with a 16MP ultrawide, 5MP macro and a 2MP depth sensor.

There are also rumours of other lower-end OnePlus devices coming soon to the market. So, let’s see what is launched in the near future. Stay tuned for more updates!
