OnePlus revealed the OnePlus Nord – a mid-range device – just a few months ago. However, it looks like they are going to enter the entry-level segment as well with the new device which might be revealed soon. Today, that new device – codenamed as OnePlus Clover – has appeared on Geekbench in the new leaks.

OnePlus Clover has appeared on Geekbench which reveals that the device will have a model number – OnePlus BE2012. The listing on Geekbench reveals that the device will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 460. That will be paired with 4GB RAM – which might be decent – considering the price point we are looking at. It might also have 64GB of internal storage with an option to expand it with the help of the microSD card slot.

OnePlus Clover

The new OnePlus device – OnePlus Clover – has scored 245 on single-core and 1174 on multi-core – in the Geekbench test. Clover is supposed to launch with 6.52-inch HD+ display. There is no confirmation about the refresh rate or technology used for the displays right now. Also, leaks say that there will be a single camera of 13MP. We mean, there will be two more cameras along with that primary sensor – to “make” it a triple camera setup. However, those two cameras are just expected to be 2MP depth and 2MP macro sensors.

To power all this hardware, OnePlus Clover might also have a 6,000mAH battery with the support of 18W fast-charging. The fingerprint sensor might just be located on the back – which also indicates that it might just be LCD display. And the beloved headphone jack – which Community never voted for removal – might return on this budget device. So, that’s great.

As of now, there’s no confirmation about which markets this new budget OnePlus device might be launched in. However, some reports indicate that this device might be launched in USA even though the Nord wasn’t. It’ll be interesting to see how this device turns out to be.

OnePlus 8T was also leaked recently. So, they might launch both of these devices at the same time – unlike different launches for OnePlus 8 Series and Nord. We can’t be sure about this though.
