Samsung Galaxy Note Series always had devices with huge displays and massive battery. But the Galaxy S20 Series stole the limelight away from the Note Series. But well, that won’t stay the same for a long period. Some new leaks of the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 indicates that it’ll come with a bigger battery.

This leak came from a report by a Dutch blog – Galaxy Club. It claimed that the Galaxy Note 20 battery will come with the model number EB-BN980ABY. This new battery model has a rated capacity of 3,880 mAh – which means it’ll have a typical capacity of roughly 4,000 mAh.

This is a much-required upgrade as the Galaxy S20 Series already starts with a minimum of 4,000 mAh battery. There are no reports for the Galaxy Note 20+ to have a larger battery yet. However, if the smaller one is upgraded to have a larger battery, it can be safe to assume that the larger one will be upgraded as well.

The Note 20+ was spotted on Geekbench earlier this month which revealed some key – but expected specifications. The device might have the Snapdragon 865+ at its heart which will be paired along with 8GB RAM. Also, it’ll come with Android 10 out of the box with their One UI skin.

Will there be an Ultra model for the Note 20 Series as well? We don’t know. But we’ll soon start hearing about more leaks as the launch event is expected to take place in August. It might not be a regular launch event – but that would totally depend on the situation at that time. However, online launch events are the thing right now as we’ve already seen brands like OnePlus opt for the same.
