Amazfit had recently launched their Band 5 with blood oxygen monitor in USA. While there is no news of the Band 5 arriving in India, we just saw that the Amazfit Bip U was silently launched on Amazon India. All the key specifications, features and even the price of Amazfit Bip U has been revealed on Amazon India.
Amazfit Bip U comes with a 1.43-inch coloured LCD display with 320 x 302 resolution. This display is packed inside a square-shaped polycarbonate casing and weighs just 31 grams. And just like most other bands in the price segment, it comes with a silicone watch strap.
Blood oxygen level measurement is also available on the band – just like the Band 5. Also, there are more features like stress monitoring and breathing training on the band. It comes with a over sixty sports modes – which is quite amazing.
Amazfit will offer you 50 different watch faces. Not only that but it will also allow you to customize the watch face through the customizable modular. Bip U is water-resistant up to 50 metres and can also be worn while you are swimming.
It’ll also let you monitor your sleep quality – which is an important feature of the smart bands – in our opinion. Also, 24/7 heart-rate tracking is available on the band. There’s a 225 mAh battery powering the band. And Amazfit claims that it will last you for 9 days under typical usage scenarios. To charge it, you will have to use the clip dock which will take 2 hours to get completely charged.
Amazfit Bip U will be available in three different colour variants – Black, Green and Pink. Officially, it is priced at ₹5,999. However, you can buy it for ₹3,499 during the Amazon Great Indian Festival Sale – starting October 16.
