Vivo had recently revealed their V20 Series in Thailand. At that time, we weren’t sure if that series would make its way to India or not. But well, it’s now confirmed that at least one of them will be launching in India. Vivo V20 is now confirmed to launch in India as the landing page has just gone live on Flipkart.
The launch date for Vivo V20 in India is now confirmed to be October 13 – according to the landing page. At its heart, the device is equipped with Snapdragon 720G chipset. That is paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB of Internal Storage.
On the front, there’s a 6.44-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel with a waterdrop notch. That notch will be used to equip the 44MP selfie shooter. As it is an AMOLED display, we will also have an in-display fingerprint sensor.
The camera setup on the back reminds us of the X50 Series – mainly because of the looks. There’s a triple camera setup on the back. It consists of a 64MP primary camera paired with 8MP ultrawide and 2MP depth sensor.
Vivo V20 will also be the first device running on Android 11 out of the box. And it’ll be just 7.38mm thick – which is pretty great. It sounds even better when we get to know that the device still comes with 4,000 mAh battery. Also, this battery can be charged at up to 33W by using the USB Type-C port.
According to the note at the bottom of the landing page, we know that the device will be priced between ₹20,000 and ₹30,000. But well, the exact pricing will be revealed soon. And we’ll be here to cover that too. So, stay tuned.
