Apple has been selling their products in India either through the offline retail stores or online partners like Amazon and Flipkart. However, things are going to change soon. Today, Apple has announced that they will launch their own online store in India – on September 23.

Apple Online Store India

Earlier, there was an Apple India website, but nothing was directly sold on the site. Now, Apple – for the first time in India – will start selling their entire range of products on their online store. They will not only sell their products through their site but will also provide support and assistance to their customers.

Shopping Assistance will be provided by Apple Specialists – who will be present online and will be ready to assist you. Also, with the online store, you will have an option to configure the Mac – according to your needs. So, you’ll be able to choose and add memory, additional storage or even an extra-powerful graphics card. All this wasn’t possible with the retail offline or online partners.

Apple will also provide a free 1:1 online session with an Apple Specialist on purchase of certain products from Apple’s online store. This will help you to set up a device and even get to know it in a better way.

With Apple’s online store in India, you’ll be able to purchase the AppleCare+ which will extend your warranty with up to 2 years of technical support and accidental damage cover. Also, if you want to trade in your older device, you’ll be able to do that on Apple Store.

All major payment options will be available on Apple Store. That includes Credit/Debit Cards, Credit Card EMI, RuPay, UPI, Net Banking and Card on Delivery. Also, special discounts will be offered for education purpose. And they’ll even provide free no-contact delivery.

With online store in India, Apple will provide an option for signature gift wrap and personalised engraving on certain products. You’ll be able to engrave AirPods with a custom emoji or text in English, Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Tamil, and Telugu. For iPad and Apple Pencil, you’ll be only able to engrave it with English text.

Also, if you want, then you’ll be able to attend a free online Apple Session focused on Photography and Music in October. This session will be led by local Creative Pros – and one of them might be the one you are following since a long time.
